Here are some more questions new clients often ask Daniel before arranging their first visit.
Are the towels washed regularly?
Yes. All the towels and couch covers are washed after every appointment. I use the finest, very heavy, large Egyptian cotton towels to make sure you are warm enough when lying on the massage table at the beginning of the treatment
Can I have a shower afterwards?
Yes. Although you will probably find that, a few minutes after the treatment, the oil will have been absorbed by your body. Please tell me if you would like to use the shower when you book, as I will need to allow extra time for your appointment.
How can I pay?
Strictly cash only. Sorry I do not accept cheques.
What if I cancel my appointment?
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, the full fee is still payable.
Can I book an appointment for today?
Yes. Some people book a week or more in advance; some people are looking for an appointment on the same day. If you are looking for a same-day appointment, you may find that the times I have available are much more limited.
What happens if I am early or late for my appointment?
Please do your best to arrive on time but if you are a few minutes early or late for your appointment, don’t worry.
If you are early, we have a waiting room for you to sit in with a few magazines to read. Or you could admire the garden.
My assistant may also be here to let you in while I am with my previous client. If you are very late, or expect to be very late, please let me know as soon as possible as I may be able to delay the next client.
How do I get in contact with you?
You can email me through the CONTACT page of this website or you can call, or text me, on 07902 716499. You won't get an immediate response before 8am or after 10pm or while I am seeing a client. But I do allow some time between clients to check my email and my phone, so you shouldn't have to wait too long for me to get back to you.
Are there any medical reasons why I can't come for a massage?
You shouldn't come for a massage if:
You have a fever
You have a contagious or infectious disease
